Some agents will simply put their sign on your property with one listing per month, and then disappear and do not even show up during visits. It is not surprising if most of them sign one-year contracts, since with such method they don’t invest much money and your property simply drags on the market.Believing in the potential of a property means to be ready to invest in it, which many real estate agents are not prepared to do. To ensure that your property is ready for a quick sale, I deal with a home staging professional, often investing from my own pocket.
I also deal with mortgage specialists who travel free of charge to your home to offer various competitive products on the market. Making access to financing easy for potential buyers is their specialty. I never sign contracts of more than 6 months. Believe me, if my sales average has never exceeded a period of eight weeks ... it is not due to chance!

Here is what I offer...
- A signed contract for a maximum of 6 months including a monthly report evaluating your marketing strategy, followed by new strategic advertising methods.
- Presentation of the content of advertising, the media to be used to convey it, the advertising schedule and control tools to assess the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Visit by a specialist certified in home staging to analyze, room by room, the strengths and weaknesses of your property and then prepare an analysis report that will be given to you thereafter (at no cost to you).
- You will have a national advertising visibility on MLS, on about twenty recognized sites (kijiji, lesPAC, Merkado, VisitNet etc..), and in print (Journal de Montréal, newspaper of the district, etc..).
- You will not be alone,I will deal with all the calls, I will be present during visits to handle the objections and comments on your property and most importantly, to justify the asking price and what concessions can be done.
Remember that you are not selling a sweeper but one of the biggest investments of your life! Avoid: wasted time, frustration, and the complexity of legal documents. I will take care of EVERYTHING ... but especially of YOU!
