This innovative concept allows for an added value of your property on the order of 2% to 5% and could reach 20% for a prestige house. Investing a complete home staging is about 0.5% to 2%. So the return on investment of home staging brings you a lot with little investment.

Enhancing your property...

A certified specialist in home staging will come to your home to analyze each room, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the house to prepare an analysis report, which will be given to you thereafter. An analysis report contains:

  • A bid for price for your staging
  • Explanations as to how we will proceed
  • Details of recommendations and actions to be taken
  • Shared responsibilities (role of client, payment, etc..)
  • The schedule
